Orange Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    2 small pkg. orange jello
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. regular shredded cheese
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix jello with water and stir until dissolved.
    Set aside. Mix pineapple, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, pecans and whipped topping until well blended.
    Add jello mixture and stir well. Refrigerate until set.
