Dorothy'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Preparation

Mix cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onions and salt, then chill.
Shape into balls. Roll in remaining nuts.
Refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish with parsley.
