Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves soft white bread
2 cans asparagus spears
mayonnaise
pepper
Preparation

Slice off crust from bread.
Using a rolling pin, roll each slice of bread until it is very thin.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each slice and sprinkle pepper on the mayonnaise (a pepper mill works best).
Roll up one spear of asparagus in each piece of bread.
Serve chilled on a bed of Boston/romaine lettuce.
