Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg white until it stands in a soft peak.
    Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in pecans.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes at 250\u00b0.
    Turn oven off and leave in oven 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Put in airtight container.
    Freezes well.
