Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cooked rice (1 c. before cooking)
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown roast in hot oil and also in Dutch oven.
    Drain off drippings.
    Add water and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until roast is done.
