Rice And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice (not quick cooking rice)
    1/4 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) oleo
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute the onion and mushrooms in some of the oleo until onion is clear.
    Put in a casserole dish
    with the remaining ingredients.
    The mixture will be \"soupy\" before baking. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes with a lid, then 15 minutes without a lid.
