Shrimp And Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small minced onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shrimp
    12 artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, mixed with 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Add onion to melted butter; saute.
    Stir in flour until blended.
    Add milk to mushroom liquid to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Gradually add to butter-flour mixture.
    Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, shrimp and mushrooms.
    Arrange artichokes in bottom of buttered casserole, 8-inch size.
    Pour shrimp sauce over artichokes.
    Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
