Pudding Cake And Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. nut milk
    1 c. dates
    1 can crushed pineapple and juice (unsweetened)
    1 c. finely grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    fresh lemon juice to taste
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Whiz milk, vanilla and dates.
    Combine this with bread crumbs (tear bread into dry blender and whiz lightly, 2 slices at a time), 1/2 cup pineapple and juice, carrots, walnuts and raisins.
    Spoon lightly into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
