Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chicken broth
    1/2 can water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 head broccoli, washed and broken into flowerets
    7 Tbsp. flour
    14 Tbsp. cold water
    4 oz. American cheese
    4 oz. Cheddar or Colby cheese
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
    Add onion, carrot and broccoli; cook until broccoli begins to get tender.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Mix flour and cold water thoroughly to make thickening.
    Slowly stir into soup.
    Stir in cheeses, then milk. Stir frequently.
    Do not return to boil.
    Serve hot!
