Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (22 to 24 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 c. melted butter (can be omitted)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
    This makes a great potluck dish; travels well and is quickly eaten.
