Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups zucchini, shredded
1 cup chopped nuts
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour (wheat flour optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add oil, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift flour and dry ingredients into egg mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Slice when cooled.
