Chicken Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinned chicken breasts
    1/2 can Special Request cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. picante sauce or salsa
    1/2 c. small onion, grated
    6 corn tortillas, cut into wedges
    1 c. shredded low-fat cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken in a small amount of water until done.
    Chop chicken and set aside.
    Combine soup, milk, picante sauce and onion.
    Layer half of tortillas, chicken and soup mixture and cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, coated with Pam.
    Layer second half.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
