Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen potatoes (hash browns)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 large onion (small pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix potatoes, melted butter and pepper.
Add the chopped onion, cheese, sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Mix all together.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
