Toasty Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large skillet (preferably Teflon) with enough water to barely cover the cubed potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are almost done.
    Drain.
