Lobster Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) lobsters
    1 c. white wine
    1/2 c. water
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    First, prepare to steam lobsters as follows: Combine the wine, water, garlic, lemon juice, sherry and salt in a pot large enough to hold the lobsters.
    Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Quickly place the lobsters in the pot and cover with a lid.
    Cook until lobsters turn bright red (about 12 minutes).
    Remove the lobsters from the pot and set aside until cool enough to handle. Now prepare ingredients for chowder.
