Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Pillsbury lemon cake mix
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil (1 use canola)
1 cup apricot nectar
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs (room temperature...very important)
3/4 - 1 cup of powdered sugar
1 large lemon squeezed
Preparation

Stir until creamy and then glaze bread while still in the pan.
