Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
1 3/4 c. low-fat milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

In saucepan, stir together tuna, mayonnaise, flour, onion and mustard.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 3 to 4 minutes). Gradually stir in cheese.
Add egg noodles and tuna, mixing thoroughly.
Put into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
