Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and pour into
a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix sugar, margarine, flour and nuts.
Spread on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake until topping is light brown at 350\u00b0, approximately 45 minutes.
