Louisiana Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork ribs, cut into small pieces
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork
3 yellow onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. allspice
3 c. rice, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Brown pork ribs and set aside.
Brown onions, bell pepper, garlic, ground chuck and pork.
Combine pork ribs with mixture. Add seasonings, parsley and cooked rice.
Add chopped green onions just before serving.
