Texas Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    3 eggs plus 1 egg white
    6 c. flour
    3 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 tsp. orange flavoring
    2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add eggs.
    Sift 4 cups flour, baking powder and salt together and add slowly to egg mixture.
    Add flavorings.
    Do this with mixer.
    Stir in by hand about 2 more cups flour so the mixture will look like biscuit dough.
    Roll out on floured board about 1/4-inch thick and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased cookie sheets and bake on bottom rack of preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 6 minutes, then on middle rack for 6 more minutes.
