Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 box Ritz crackers (3 pkg. box)
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Cut up into small pieces and arrange in buttered 7 1/2 x 11-inch casserole.
Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken.
Crush crackers and mix with poppy seed. Sprinkle over chicken.
Pour melted butter evenly over other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
