Diet Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium apples
    2 c. celery
    1/2 tsp. black walnut extract
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip Lite
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Wash, core and dice apples into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Add apple cubes to chopped celery and Miracle Whip with extract.
    Add raisins; stir well.
    Serves 6.
    Has 75 calories, 2.5 grams fat, food exchanges equals 1 fruit, 1/2 vegetable and 3/4 fat.
