Potatoes And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; add soup and sour cream.
    Mix together. Break up hash browns and place in a 13 x 9-inch oblong glass baking dish.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Add chopped onions and grated cheese.
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
