Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    2 boiled eggs
    6 slices lean bacon
    1/3 c. corn oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Pick over the spinach and remove any tough stems and blemished leaves.
    Tear into small pieces.
    Fry the bacon until crisp and crumble.
    Slice the boiled eggs.
    Place the spinach in a serving bowl and top with the sliced eggs.
