Mexican Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 cans water (tomato paste size)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Add balance of ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve with the following:
    Fritos corn chips, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa.
