Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburg
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices bread)
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk until it falls apart.
    Mix in salt, pepper, onion, allspice and eggs; mix well.
    Add hamburg.
    Mix with hands. Roll into balls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until cooked through.
    Make gravy with pan drippings and canned beef broth.
