Molded Cottage Cheese Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. diced, unpeeled red apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
