Cherries In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Combine oleo, flour, pecans and sugar.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and whipped topping.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour mixture over cooled crust and top with pie filling. Chill and cut into squares before serving.
    Makes 12 to 14 servings.
