Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    3 tsp. onion, finely cut
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. or less mayonnaise
    3 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine eggs, potatoes and onion.
    Combine oil, vinegar and salt.
    Pour over potatoes and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
    Add mayonnaise before serving.
