Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add egg and molasses.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Roll into balls and then into granulated sugar.
    Bake.
