Moist Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 to 1/3 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. warm water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients together.
Gently pack into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until loaf shrinks from sides of pan.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
