Sports Sunday Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round loaf Italian bread
    4 oz. chopped black olives, drained
    1 red onion, sliced and rings separated
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, separated
    1 large red bell pepper, seeded and very thinly sliced
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 lb. salami, sliced
    1/2 lb. bologna, sliced
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 large tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Halve the bread horizontally.
    In a large bowl combine the olives, onion, lettuce and bell pepper and toss with dressing. Spread half of the salad mixture on the bottom half of the bread. Top with single layers of half of the meats, cheese and tomatoes. Top with the remaining salad and repeat layers of meats, cheese and tomatoes.
    Cover with the top of the bread and press down. Cut like pie to serve.
    Serves 8.
