It'S-A-Snap Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    blueberries/cherries (optional)
Preparation
    In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup cold water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved.
