Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes until tender.
    Mash and mix with milk and sugar; run through a coarse strainer.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake 10 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until set.
