Polish Meatball-Sour Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground veal
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    4 to 5 qt. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    4 sprigs parsley, chopped
    4 beef bouillon cubes or canned broth
    1 bay leaf
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut in pieces
    2 cans wax beans, drained
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix ground veal, egg, salt and pepper to taste and seasoned bread crumbs thoroughly.
    Form into walnut size balls.
    Broil to brown.
    Drain fat and set aside.
    Into 4 or 5 quarts of boiling water, add onion, garlic, celery, carrots, parsley, beef bouillon cubes or canned broth, bay leaf, salt and pepper, potatoes and wax beans.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add meatballs and simmer 45 minutes.
