Ogeechee River Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    hot cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, undrained
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Drain.
    Remove from skillet.
    Season beef with salt and pepper.
    In same skillet, saute onions, celery and bell pepper until tender.
    Add cooked beef, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix well.
    Add tomatoes which have been pulverized with a blender or mashed with a fork.
    Cook over low heat about 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Serve over rice.
