Shrimp And Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked
    1 small can button mushrooms
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in large frying pan; add rice, stirring until rice is slightly browned.
    Add shrimp, peas and carrots, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder and soy sauce.
    Mix well.
    Serve hot with additional soy sauce.
    All ingredients may be cooked the day before and stored separately in the refrigerator until time to use.
    Makes 6 servings.
