Rhubarb Whole Wheat Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. cubed rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Blend, then mix dry ingredients. Stir well and add slowly to wet mixture.
    Fold in rhubarb last. Pour into spring pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Best served warm.
