Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk (sour)
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; blend thoroughly.
Combine dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in zucchini.
Spoon into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan; sprinkle chocolate bits and nuts over top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
