Toffee Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 soda crackers
2 cubes butter
1 c. sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
Preparation

Line a jelly roll pan with foil.
Spray with nonstick spray. Cover foil with soda crackers.
Melt butter with sugar, stirring constantly.
Pour over crackers; spread evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture is bubbly and crackers are floating (takes about 5 minutes).
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over all. Let sit until chocolate melts, then spread to cover.
Sprinkle with nuts.
When firm (not hard), cut into serving pieces.
Store in refrigerator.
