Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 yellow squash
    4 large yellow onions
    3 bell peppers
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Put squash, onions and peppers in food processor.
    After processing, put in a large bowl and cover with 1/4 cup Ball canning and pickling salt.
    Cover with ice and let set for 1 hour, then drain.
    Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
    Add squash, onions and peppers; cook for 15 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal while hot.
