Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken.
    While chicken is cooking, brown onion in oil in separate pan.
    Add all ingredients to onion and simmer 30 minutes. Pour over chicken and cook in slow oven, 325\u00b0, for 1 hour, uncovered.
