Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen or canned), thaw if frozen
Preparation

Grease 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In a smaller bowl, mix the egg, milk and butter. Make a depression in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the egg-milk mixture all at once.
Stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened and the batter is still lumpy.
Fold in the blueberries.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned about 25 minutes.
