Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped candied fruit
    1/3 c. graham crackers
    2 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cream
    1 1/4 c. sugar (can use 3/4 c. NutraSweet)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Coat a 9-inch round pan with the graham crackers.
    Mix other ingredients and put in the pan.
    Be sure to put pan of ingredients in another pan of hot water.
    Leave 1 hour, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Take out and turn out carefully on a plate.
    Decorate with fruit or nut topping or other as you wish.
