Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix lemon juice, onion, spinach, sour cream and artichoke hearts and pour into 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
