Oven Fried Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
juice of large lemon
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a shallow bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper (to taste).
Cut chicken breasts in half and place in marinade; turn to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate approximately 15 minutes or overnight.
Remove from bowl; shake off excess.
Dredge breasts in bread crumbs; reserve on platter and refrigerate.
