Apricot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. apricot gelatin
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 oz. jar apricot baby food
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    12 oz. frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool completely and fold in cream cheese and whipped topping. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
