Carrots Cosmopolitan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    almonds (for garnish, optional; pecans are okay)
Preparation
    Scrape carrots; cut into diagonal slices, about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
    Place in ungreased baking dish.
    Stir together butter, juice, sugar, mustard and salt.
    Pour over carrots.
    Cook, covered, 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 until carrots are tender.
    If using microwave, cook carrots with small amount of water until almost done, add sauce and cook 2 or 3 more minutes.
    Garnish with toasted almonds or pecans.
    Serves 4.
