Buttermilk Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
Preparation
    Cook ingredients together until a few drops will form a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
    Remove from heat; cool.
    When candy is slightly warm, beat until it begins to get creamy, then pour into buttered pan or pour on a damp cloth and shape into a roll.
    When firm, cut into small pieces.
