Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 c. frozen corn, thawed
Preparation
    Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine buttermilk, egg whites and oil.
    Stir into dry mixture just to moisten.
    Fold in corn.
    Bake in muffin cups at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
